Duties & Responsibilities
* Leading HR initiatives, working with outsourced partners to ensure compliance and staff well‑being.
* Acting as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving insights and improvements for growth.
* Supporting the company's expansion into new markets, including international opportunities.
* Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Managing operational functions, including stock planning, customer services and dispatch.
Qualifications
* Experience managing operational and HR functions within an SME.
* A strategic mindset with a track record of driving business growth and performance improvements.
* A qualification in finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven experience in a leadership position.
