Job Description
1. Development, Implementation, and Governance of Industrial Planning
You are fully accountable for designing and executing detailed industrial plans for each assigned program, ensuring alignment with established milestones (S1–S11). This includes:
• Producing comprehensive and realistic timelines, resource plans, and critical path activities.
• Establishing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure progress and ensure full compliance at every stage.
• Proactively identifying and managing risks, implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensuring that all program phases deliverables are met on time, on budget, and to specifications, with preparedness to justify variances to senior leadership.
2. Primary Industrial Representative and Stakeholder Collaboration
As the lead industrial voice in the SSGB senior leadership team, your responsibilities include:
• Articulating industrial concerns and requirements at the executive level.
• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders (Heads of Operations, Industrial Engineering, Program Directors, and others).
• Facilitating effective communication, negotiating priorities, and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring industrial input is incorporated into all major decisions and driving consensus toward program goals.
3. Resource Management and Performance Accountability
You must ensure that all resources—people, machines, and materials—are correctly planned, available, and deployed for optimal program execution.
4. Implementation of Industrial Strategy and Best Practices
Your role is to translate overarching corporate strategies into actionable tactical plans.
5. Customer Interface, Production Readiness, and Quality Assurance
You serve as the primary point of contact between SSGB's industrial teams and customers for in-production programs.
