10. You will deliver the Engineering Reliability Maintenance plan, in a technical leadership role, empowering the hands-on Reliability Maintenance Engineers to put into action; move away from a reactive maintenance culture.
11. Reviewing Maintenance effectiveness and machine history to develop reports, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Numerous safety and data led projects to get involved in as the site invests over £100M into its assets.
