This service supports individuals in progressing along their mental health recovery journey through support planning, proactive keyworking, structured courses, therapeutic activities, and signposting to appropriate services.
Creative Support is a non-profit organisation providing high-quality, person-centred social care for people with learning disabilities, mental health, and other needs.
We seek person-centred individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and eager to join our friendly team. You will work with service users to develop recovery plans and coordinate support to enhance their quality of life and social inclusion.
You will build trusting, therapeutic relationships with service users, using a psychologically minded approach while maintaining professional boundaries and working within Creative Support's Recovery Model to promote positive mental health and coping skills.
Our structured courses and therapeutic activities are updated quarterly, and we welcome new or alternative sessions. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in Mental Health Management, Psycho-education, and Positive Lifestyle sessions.
