Experienced Teaching Assistant Required

The Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking for a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work across a mainstream primary school within the Ashford area. The ideal educator would have experience working either 1-1 or within small groups of students of primary age. The educator would need to be flexible to work across the school/resource base.
Key Responsibilities:
-Providing 1:1 support to a student with additional learning needs.
-Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
-Supporting the student in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.
-Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
Key Requirements:
-Passion for education and helping students succeed.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.
-Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.
-Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is important
-A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
