Reed Finance are supporting an organisation as it continues to modernise its financial reporting and strengthen the way it uses data. We are seeking two Finance Business Partners who can provide high-quality analysis and clear financial insight to a broad range of stakeholders.This role will suit someone who is confident working with data, comfortable engaging with non-financial teams, and experienced in developing Power BI reporting. Key responsibilities:- Business partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation- Preparing clear management accounts and insightful variance analysis- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes- Developing and improving Power BI dashboards to support decision making- Supporting ongoing improvements to data quality and financial processes About you:- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)- Solid background in management accounting and financial reporting- Strong, hands-on Power BI experience is essential- Comfortable communicating with non-financial colleagues- Collaborative, practical, and adaptable within a changing environment What’s on offer:- You will join a small, supportive finance team that works closely with the wider organisation.
