The Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our small but dedicated team. This is a flexible, part-time hybrid role based in Golborne, with the option to work from home when appropriate. As Business Administrator, you’ll be supporting a wide range of administrative functions; helping us stay organised, efficient, and focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day administrative duties and office support
* Organising and maintaining documents, digital files, and internal systems
* Creating and monitoring invoices, managing expense records, and assisting with basic financial tasks
* Monitoring and responding to emails, post, and social media messages
* Supporting technical and creative staff with reports, scheduling, and documentation
* Assisting with internal project tracking and business operations
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence using common office software (e.g. OneDrive, Excel, Word)
* Analytical skills and a basic understanding of business finance
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* A genuine interest in the media, creative, or events industry is highly desirable
* Based in the UK and able to travel to Golborne once a week as a minimum
