Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Supervisor to join our team based in the Cardiff Store. You will join us for 5 days per week on a fixed term contract and in return you will receive a competitive wage of £13.15 per hour plus commission and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Providing excellent level of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
* Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sale targets and KPI indicators
* Responding to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise
* Following Company procedures and policies to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling
* Enhancing standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping
* Ensuring all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures
* Taking every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customers loyalty
* Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required
* Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times
* Adhering to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the staff handbook
* Maintaining shop standards
* Taking active part in preparation and conducting stock takes
* Helping with cashing up
* Coaching and training other staff on sales and customer service
* Assisting with training new staff
* Monitoring individual staff daily/ monthly sale targets and coach them when needed to improve their sales and KPIs
* Fulfilling any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management
