We are a well-established and growing domiciliary care company dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care to people in their own homes. We are looking for a Care Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our services.
About the Role:
As our Care Manager, you will:
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our care delivery team
Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care
Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth and service excellence
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 7 years' experience in domiciliary care
Some experience in a supervisory or team leader role
A driver with access to your own car – essential for client visits and staff support
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
A genuine passion for improving lives through quality care
