At Busy Bees, we're looking for an Internal Communications Executive to bring our Corporate Strategy to life through clear, engaging and values-led communication.
You'll lead the planning and delivery of internal communications across the organisation, ensuring colleagues at every level feel informed, engaged and connected to our vision. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, you'll shape messaging that reflects our tone of voice and supports our strategic priorities.
This is a high-visibility role where you'll influence how we communicate, strengthen engagement, and support the business through change

Key Responsibilities
Developing and delivering a multi-channel internal communications strategy aligned to corporate priorities
Creating clear, consistent and engaging messaging across all levels of the organisation
Partnering with leaders and colleagues to advise on effective communication approaches
Supporting key business moments, campaigns and corporate events
Providing cover for the Head of Central Operations when required
Managing and optimising Central Operations communication systems
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement, ideally within a multi-site or national organisation
Experience developing and delivering multi-channel communication strategies
Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leaders
Experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives
Confidence managing digital communication platforms (intranets, engagement tools or operational systems)
Experience in operations, retail, education, childcare or other fast-paced service environments (desirable but not essential)
