VNA or High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) Driver
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Job Description:
Are you an experienced VNA or HLOP driver looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
* Accurately retrieve and relocate stock within tight aisle spaces.
* Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
* Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
* Operate HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
* Ensure accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in your working area.
* Comply with all warehouse safety protocols.
Requirements:
* Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
* Valid, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
