Overview
Were currently looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Corby. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of incoming calls in a fast‑paced environment. Your ability to deliver friendly, efficient, and solution‑focused support will be key.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
* Assist customers with orders, enquiries, and general product information
* Resolve customer issues or escalates where necessary
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Deliver a courteous, friendly, and helpful service at all times
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of phone‑based customer service experience
* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Good attention to detail and competent computer skills
* Positive attitude and team‑player mindset
