Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will follow appropriate SLA Strategies and terms of Motor vehicles to ensure maximum efficiency in providing support to the Underwriters and Business Development Managers. Our ideal team member will have previous experience in monitoring the payout process to ensure agreed service levels are met in terms of same day payout to suppliers with excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the lending growth objectives of the business. Ensure emails and applications are looked at and prepared within deadline. Liaise with Customers/Dealers when more information is required and follow up Ensure all proofs and criteria are attached to each application in line with the approval Build and maintain strong working relationships with all channels including senior underwriter, BDMs and support teams and Dealer Network Ensure documentation is complete for payout including all supporting information Weekly, Monthly reporting to be carried out including Commission Reports WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: Knowledge of the Motor Finance market Knowledge of Close Brothers new business processing Experience working in a New Business admin role Experience working in a Motor specific business development role We are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone.
