Location: Portishead, Bristol
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a small, friendly team based in Portishead.
This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in supporting customers and the sales team by handling phone calls, emails, and sales orders, while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
* Processing sales orders received from customers and the external sales team
* Taking ownership of customer enquiries and resolving them where possible
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
* Providing ongoing support to the sales team and sales managers
* Updating and maintaining customer records and CRM systems
* Managing your own workload and diary effectively
* Handling challenging customer conversations calmly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Positive, proactive attitude and a reliable approach to work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM or MRP systems is an advantage, but not essential
