About the role
The Customer Service Team is responsible for providing help and support for our students and visitors and for ensuring that the library environment is safe and in good order.
This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working
This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.

About you
We are looking for candidates who in particular have the following experience and skills:
1. Relevant experience in a customer service role is highly desirable in addition to good teamwork skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills along with accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
