Job Role: Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator Job Type: Permanent Location: Greater Manchester, commutable from Merseyside also Client: Consumer Goods and FMCG leader Job Reward: yup to £40kplus overtime, Bonus and Bens, however applications taken on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday ideally all onsite, some flexibility As a Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing maintenance resources and practices, ensuring efficiency and safety across site operations. Application of asset management strategy within the plant, with the goal of providing reliable processes to the business. Activities include the planning and scheduling required to ensure efficient execution of Maintenance practices, proactive maintenance, best practice. Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator Focus is maintenance planning PM activity planning and kitting of work Stock pack and accuracy CREATING AND CONTROLLING CMMS AND MAINTENANCE PLANNING Improving the efficiency of the reliability team and the quality of our Asset Life Cycle data across site Lead the the CMMS help desk ensuring that emergency work orders were prioritized by site and equipment criticality Efficiently lead work planning & control processes Analyze data to enhance asset care practices and overall performance Oversee CMMS data integrity and maintenance plans Ownership of the CMMS You will ensure that all asset data is present Order all required materials and verify they are accurate before scheduling the work Establish gaps within the system and correlate all existing data on the system with what is in stock To maintain a well-organized, efficient and safe engineering stores in support of minimizing equipment downtime To achieve site Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) with respect to stock value, accuracy, stock turns To manage the complete end-to-end return of defective parts/non-conforming parts To update and maintain a computerized stocking system for all material movements. Organize parts for specific maintenance tasks/shutdown work. Review backlog and planning list for duplicate work orders Group work orders that can be planned and worked on together to optimize resources Identify obsolescence parts and locate suitable replacements Qualifications And Experience – Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator Proficient in data analysis and application usage (Excel, Word, etc.) Experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment with strong communication skills Proficient in root-cause problem-solving methodologies ONC/HNC/C&G in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance Systems Knowledge and experience with CMMS systems Good understanding of condition base maintenance is ideal Open to industry background, manufacturing ideal Experienced SAP system user/superuser ideal Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering planning or Engineering store's role Computer literate – Excel, Word, Outlook etc. What we can offer – Maintenance Planner & Reliability Co-Ordinator Great working conditions and benefits Competitive salary and bonus competitive pension Generous holiday entitlement that increases with the length of service Flexible working options Life assurance cover Omega Resource Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
