About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Commissioning Lead to supervise and coordinate all commissioning activities on-site. This role is vital in ensuring that systems are inspected, tested, and commissioned to meet project specifications and relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of M&E commissioning across the project site
*
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour teams
*
Develop and implement commissioning procedures, methods, and protocols
*
Conduct site inspections and witness system testing and commissioning activities
*
Maintain detailed commissioning records and reporting documentation
*
Collaborate with project teams, clients, engineers, and contractors
*
Manage the commissioning schedule and ensure milestones are met
*
Support the compilation of handover documentation, QA/QC reports, and health & safety files
*
Assist in identifying and resolving commissioning issues in a timely manner
*
Ensure all commissioning work complies with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience:

In-depth knowledge of M&E commissioning processes
*
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
*
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems
*
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a construction or engineering environment
*
Skilled in quality assurance, testing documentation, and commissioning reporting
*
Ability to assess team capabilities and support ongoing development
