We're recruiting for a fantastic client of ours who are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Parts Advisor to support their service team and customers with accurate parts identification, ordering, and inventory management. You'll help ensure technicians have the right components on time while delivering excellent service at the counter, over the phone, and via email.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers and technicians in selecting and sourcing the correct parts
* Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
* Maintain stock levels and keep the parts department organised
* Communicate with suppliers to track and order parts
* Use catalogues and digital systems to research and identify components
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good technical understanding of vehicles/equipment
* Organised, detail‑driven, and able to multitask
* Previous parts or service experience is an advantage
