Looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator based in Oldbury to join a leading Maintenance Contractor on a permanent basis
This role is supporting the Commercial team across a verity of Social Housing contracts in the Midlands, Office based 8:5 Mon : Fri
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and contract documentation
* Tracking budgets, costs, and variations
* Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Assisting with compliance and document control
What Were Looking For:
* Strong administration experience, ideally within construction or social housing
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
