The reward reflects the trajectory. £45,000–£55,000 basic salary, plus a generous bonus linked to contribution. And a maternity policy that actually backs people — 28 weeks on full pay — which tells you a lot about how this place thinks long term.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading commercial interior design projects from concept through delivery
* Creating modern, high-impact interior concepts that excite clients and win work
* Working across education, workplace, science and technically complex commercial sectors
* Presenting ideas directly to clients and influencing key decisions
* Taking growing responsibility for team leadership and studio direction
* Helping shape and expand the interior design offering
What you’ll need
* Proven experience as a commercial, workplace or technically grounded Interior Designer
* Strong concept design ability with practical, deliverable thinking
* Non-residential project experience (education, commercial, science, workplace, etc.)
* Confidence in client-facing situations
* Ambition to progress beyond Senior level into Associate
