We’re working with a renowned luxury resort in the heart of South Wales, searching for a talented Head Chef to lead their buffet-style restaurant and wider culinary operation. 1. £45,665 per annum plus £2,500 to £3,000 service charge
2. 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
9. Overall responsibility for the resort’s buffet-style restaurant, bar, spa café, and room service operations
10. Driving consistent culinary standards, menu execution and presentation across all outlets
11. Leading, coaching and developing a 20-strong team, nurturing talent and succession
12. Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
13. Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency

15. Brings confident leadership, clear communication and a calm, organised approach
16. Is hands-on, standards-driven and passionate about guest satisfaction
17. Can balance creativity with commercial awareness, delivering consistency at scale
18. Thrives on collaboration and motivates a diverse team to perform at their best
