ROLE: Planning Coordinator/Account Support
HOURS: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a Scheduling & Reporting Coordinator for Tersus Consultancy who is a part of Mitie and you who will play a key role in arranging site appointments, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring client reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Schedule site appointments with site managers, client contacts or residents via phone, email, portals and other client‑specific processes.
2. Proactively review upcoming programmes and coordinate site visits to meet agreed timelines.
3. Liaise with surveyors, laboratories and internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
4. Maintain accurate data and records using spreadsheets, online portals and in‑house systems.
5. Monitor client KPIs, manage programmes and promptly respond to or escalate client queries as required.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
6. Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word and database systems.
7. Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
8. A proactive, reliable approach with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
