We are looking for two PAs who can help to support a gentleman in his home. The individual that we are looking for is patient, calm and must be able to manage confusion or behavioural changes. The PA we are looking for must have the ability to speak Hindi or Punjabi. -Provide continuous supervision throughout the evening to ensure safety and reduce risk of falls - Monitor for signs of dizziness, instability, confusion, or disorientation, and intervene early where required - Support safe mobility, including assistance with standing, walking, and movement within the home - Assist with transitions (e.g. chair to bed) and deliver a structured bedtime routine, including changing clothes and settling for the night - Respond appropriately in the event of a fall or medical concern, including escalation to family or emergency services if required - Deliver dementia-focused care, managing confusion, repetition, agitation, or resistance with a calm and reassuring approach - Maintain a consistent and structured evening routine to support stability and reduce anxiety - Ensure evening medications are taken (prompting or administration – to be confirmed) - Prepare evening meals (Indian / Hindu Punjabi vegetarian diet, including fresh roti daily) - Clean dishes and kitchen following meal preparation - Observe and report any changes in condition, behaviour, or risk
