Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for an experienced Administrator. This is a full time, temporary ongoing position based out of the company's site in Renfrewshire.
Becoming a vital member of the team you will be tasked with working closely with customers, updating internal systems and arranging orders.
Main Responsibilities:
Speaking to customers regarding problems with orders/amendments to plans
Working with drivers to schedule deliveries and meet customer expectation and deadlines
Liaising with external contractors
Updating and maintaing internal systems
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience working within a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritise workload
Excellent time management skills
IT literacy
