Salary: 25,000–30,000
Responsibilities
* Oversee all our work with under 18s.
* Lead, mobilise, and inspire others; motivate, recruit and train new leaders to meet the demands of this growing ministry.
* Be a key voice in the core leadership team as we seek to bring children and youth ministry into the heart of our vision and strategy as a benefice.
* Develop missional initiatives and new worshipping communities to expand the reach of our current provision, likely through close links with primary schools in the benefice.
* Support our current teams: youth and children’s ministry, a part-time family minister, and a committed team of volunteers.

Christ Church, Worksop and St Luke's Shireoaks are lively and growing, warm-hearted, mission-shaped, evangelical churches part of the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. We are seeking to be and make passionate and wholehearted disciples of Jesus, and to be places of encounter with God for everyone, transformed and equipped to be agents of transformation in our communities. Our congregation is international, with people from Hong Kong, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the UK. Our strategic focus this year is around deepening prayer and raising evangelistic confidence.
