Description
As the Sales Ledger & Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Customer ledger maintenance, inc detail changes.
* Posting sales invoices, and sales cash.
* Sending customer invoices.
* Raising customer credit notes.
* Maintain HSBC reconciliations
* Sending monthly statements.
* Uploading to bank finance portal.
* Daily invoicing, orders, stock spreadsheet.
* Maintenance of rebate accrual spreadsheet, pallet charges and demurrage
* Northern Ireland Customs Declarations.
* Costing queries and set up new products in Epicor E9.
* Process monthly journals include fixed assets, cashbook, rebate, currency revaluation.
* Month-end close.
* Provide AP, AR and miscellaneous IT support when needed.
Profile
1. Strong experience in in Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable
2. Experience in a similar role
3. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables ideally
4. Strong attention to detail
