To be considered for Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator role, the applicant MUST be from a UK based tour operator with strong attention to detail & communication skills along with a high level of computer literacy – especially word and excel. Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator – Duties * Providing an efficient, detailed oriented and customer focused after sales service. * Administration of bookings, ensuring information is correct with all suppliers, and for invoicing and documentation. * Preparing and sending out high quality client travel documentation. * Responding to pre travel customer queries about their holidays. * Creating client invoices. * Client payments; ensuring our customers make their holiday balance payments accurately and on time. * Creating online honeymoon gift lists. * Assisting product & marketing teams as required according to business demands.
