Job Description:
Front of House Manager
Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.
Working arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We are developing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and need an experienced manager to ensure exceptional client and colleague experiences. This team will enhance our office environment, support effective working, and ensure visitors and clients feel valued, leaving a positive impression of Grant Thornton.
Role overview:
As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:
* Own the outsourced FoH contract to develop service excellence, set service levels, and drive ESG initiatives.
* Lead and motivate the FoH team to deliver outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
* Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance the office experience and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements:
The minimum criteria include strong experience in contract and office management, team management, and willingness to travel across UK offices as needed.
Preferred skills include:
* Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness, proactivity, organization, and collaboration skills.
* H&S knowledge related to office management and understanding of landlord/tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
* Interest in ESG and driving positive change.
