A respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support a busy Wills & Probate Partner in their Cleckheaton office. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and established team, providing essential secretarial and administrative assistance.
The Role:
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents, letters and forms
* Preparing and formatting correspondence and legal paperwork
* Managing diaries, arranging appointments and liaising with clients
* Handling incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner
* File management including opening/closing files and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
* General secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Wills & Probate (other areas considered)
* Fast and accurate typing skills with good attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional communication and client care abilities
* Proficient IT skills and experience using case management systems
