Are you someone who enjoys being at the heart of a finance function and likes variety in their day-to-day work? My client is looking for an AAT qualified Finance Assistant with experience in complex invoicing within a fast paced environment.
Joining a supportive and well-structured team based onsite in Cambridge, you’ll play a key role in keeping financial processes running smoothly across several areas of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the cash flow and daily financial transactions across multiple income streams
* Maintain debit and credit journal postings to the nominal ledger
* Raise complex invoices and support direct debit collections
* Carry out supplier payments
* Provide ad hoc administrative support and cover for colleagues when required
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience working in a busy, office based environment working collaboratively with colleagues
* High attention to detail and confidence working with financial data
* Proficient in Excel and navigating multiple systems
* Well organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Clear, professional communication skills
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion
