Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel.
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services.
* Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
* Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Proven hotel experience with a strong understanding of guest services.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment and employee management.
