Service Advisor needed in Huddersfield
Our client is a well-known automotive business which is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its team in Huddersfield. This is a stable site with a lot of repeat customers and is a Monday - Friday only position.

1. Basic Salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience
2. Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
7. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
8. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
9. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
10. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
11. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
12. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times

14. Strong organisational skills
15. Experience within the automotive sector
16. Strong customer service skills
17. An understanding of vehicles and common issues
