The Role - As our PBS Manager, you will:
* Lead the development and implementation of high-quality PBS strategies and interventions
* Support the implementation and review of PBS plans and proactive support strategies ensuring these are person-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-focused
* Promote a least- restrictive approach and support managers and teams to reduce restrictive practices
* Provide coaching, training, and reflective practice sessions
* Monitor incidents, analyse data trends, and implement proactive strategies
* Contribute to CQC compliance and quality assurance processes
* Work collaboratively with families, internal teams and external professionals
This is both a strategic and hands-on role requiring inspiring leadership and practitioner credibility.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A relevant qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or Behaviour Analysis
* You will be required to hold, or be willing to obtain, membership of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA)
* Experience supporting autistic adults, adults with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs
* Sound understanding of Trauma Informed Care, Capable Environments and legal frameworks
* Experience reducing restrictive practices and improving quality of life outcomes
* Confidence delivering training and coaching at all levels
* Data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into practice improvement
