About the Role

CBRE is undertaking a multi-year transformation of its People Function through 'Project Horizon', aimed at delivering scalable service centers, enhanced technology platforms and a globally consistent operating model. The Change Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Change Workstream across the UK and EMEA, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication alignment and training readiness for successful adoption of Horizon's new ways of working.

What You'll Do

* Develop and execute a regional change strategy aligned with Horizon's global roadmap.
* Lead change impact assessments and readiness surveys across stakeholder groups including managers, employees and People Business Partners.
* Build and manage regional change networks, including manager and employee cohorts.
* Partner with business leaders and People Services to cascade messaging and support behaviour change.
* Design and deliver targeted communications including Manager Hub articles, go-live graphics and town hall sessions.
* Collaborate with People Communications to ensure consistent messaging across channels and geographies.
* Oversee training strategy and delivery for PSC teams, managers and People Business Partners.
* Coordinate SOP development and ensure alignment with new operating models and tools.
* Collect and analyse feedback from change networks and pilot groups to refine messaging and training.
* Monitor adoption metrics and adjust engagement plans to address resistance or gaps.

What You'll Need

* Proven experience in leading change programs within HR transformation or shared services.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across matrixed, global organisations.
* Experience designing and delivering training programs and communication campaigns.
* Familiarity with change impact assessments, readiness surveys and feedback loops.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt plans based on evolving program needs.
