Our client, a progressive and innovative residential developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a new residential development in the village of Llanarth, just 3 miles from the seaside town of New Quay. This role offers the opportunity to lead a project that emphasises quality, community, and attention to detail. The development will feature a range of 2 to 4-bedroom homes, designed to harmonise with the local architecture and natural surroundings.
