Job: Interim Principal Planning Officer Duration: 6-month contract Hybrid working: Ideally two-three days in the office, but negotiable Rate: £53-£57/h Start: ASAP, immediate start available My local authority client in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Principal Development Management Officer to take the lead on a portfolio of major and often contentious planning applications. This is a high impact interim role supporting significant growth in the area. You will manage a varied and strategic caseload or major residential applications, as well as major commercial developments. The council is looking for candidates who can operate with autonomy and provide a high standard of professional planning advice.
