Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to provide:
New and existing clients with outstanding service within the realms of the Menzies Employee Benefit client service proposition and brand, adhering to MWM process and guidelines, and that of the FCA. To achieve agreed levels of income generation whilst maintaining a high quality of advice and administration.
Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
• Providing high quality advice to our corporate clients.
• Achieving agreed new business targets.
• Write and present high quality Client Proposition documents.
• Provide regular reviews for existing clients in line with service level agreements.
• Adhere to MWM processes and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of competency and compliance.
• Maintain required CPD including IDD
• Able to present complex features to employers and employees.
• Demonstrating a consistently high level of client care to both internal and external MWM clients.
•Develop good working relationships with product providers, MWM team members and other
Menzies LLP staff.
• Comply with business and regulatory guidelines at all times.
• Provide support to senior management as required.
• Demonstrate a good use of IT software.

• IT literate and numerate. (competent to above average Word & Excel required)

Core Working Hours: Standard - 37.5 hours
Home Working: Agile working policy applies
Location: Solent
Qualifications: Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
Remuneration: Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
Pension: 3% employer contribution
Holiday: 25 days
