Base pay range
Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).
We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems
The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.
About the Role~
We’re looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to lead our EMEA sales efforts, overseeing both strategic business development and day-to-day leadership of the regional sales team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment and brings a passion for developing people, driving performance, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Role Responsibilities~
* Deliver sales revenue targets and profitable growth across the EMEA region
* Lead, support and develop a regional sales team, with a focus on performance, capability and engagement
* Represent Zotefoams at industry events and trade exhibitions, acting as a brand ambassador
* Collaborate with marketing to shape and implement effective go-to-market strategies
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term customer partnerships
* Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Champion cross-functional collaboration across commercial, technical and operational teams
What you'll need~
* Strong B2B sales background, with experience managing customer accounts across multiple territories
* Proven people management or team leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and development
* Commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering growth and building sustainable customer relationships
* Flexibility to travel across the EMEA region as required
