Occupational Therapist – Part time 22.5h
Salary: From 1 December 2025, pay range £38,220 to £46,142 (pro‑rata for part time). Starting at the bottom of the band with potential for future growth.
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week, based in the Poole area.
About the role:
* Deliver community‑based occupational therapy to adults aged 18+ with long‑term health conditions, physical disability or mental health needs.
* Plan and provide holistic assessments, interventions, equipment provision, and adaptations.
* Support independence through moving and handling assessments.
* Maintain practice using a strengths‑based, relational approach.
Qualifications:
* Current HCPC professional registration in Occupational Therapy.
* Experience as an OT, recently qualified, or returning after a career break; specialist knowledge is welcomed.
* Commitment to continuous personal development and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Team:
* Multi‑professional team including qualified OT, social workers, trainee OT, and social care staff.
