Physics Teacher – Outstanding School – Croydon
An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in the London Borough of Croydon is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join their successful Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily involving teaching at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Responsibilities:
The successful Physics Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and examination board specifications (GCSE and A-Level). You will create a stimulating learning environment that fosters scientific inquiry and a passion for physics. Assessing student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the Physics curriculum development are key responsibilities for this Physics Teacher role.
Requirements:
Applicants must be a qualified Physics Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Physics or a closely related field. Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, including A-Level, is essential. Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and effective classroom management are required. We are looking for an inspiring Physics Teacher.
