Excellent Pension Scheme. Maintenance Lead Technician Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership, and guidance supporting a large team. Oversee the work of engineers and technicians. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Work with vendors and contractors to cover all engineering and maintenance requirements. Develop the professional skills of their team. Manage budgets effectively and to target. Manage stakeholders. Maintenance Lead Technician Requirements: Extensive knowledge and background in automation engineering and maintenance. Experience in leading large multi-skilled engineering teams. Experience in stakeholder management and budget control. Experience in people leadership and development. Assist in ensuring that all relevant health and safety policies and guidelines are adhered to by maintenance teams whilst under their leadership. You must hold an Electrical Engineering qualification. Hold a full UK driving license. Have an electrical qualification to HCN level or equivalent. Willing to complete an ILM coaching course once in the role. Would look at experienced Shift Engineers looking to take the next step in their career.
