The Opportunity
Are you a technically strong ACA-qualified accountant looking to step into a pivotal Group-level finance role? We're seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team, leading on Group statutory reporting, internal controls, and treasury management.
As Financial Reporting Manager, you will:
* Lead Group financial and statutory reporting, including consolidated accounts preparation in line with accounting standards.
* Manage audit processes, acting as the key contact for auditors and ensuring audit efficiency.
* Monitor and summarise technical accounting developments, ensuring appropriate application across the Group.
* Oversee key compliance reporting including Payment Practices, ONS returns, and covenant submissions.
* Support the Group's treasury function, managing daily cash reporting and cash flow forecasting.
* Deliver timely, accurate management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
* Serve as the super-user for Tagetik, providing systems support and development.
* Coach and develop direct reports while driving continuous improvement across reporting processes.
What we're looking for
* ACA-qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge.
* Proven experience in statutory and management reporting, preferably within a Group function.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge, improve, and innovate processes.
* Experience with consolidation systems (Tagetik or similar) desirable.
You’ll work alongside a high-performing Finance team, directly influencing Board-level reporting and supporting a wide range of strategic business objectives - from due diligence to financing and corporate structuring projects. This is a dynamic role offering both technical depth and cross-functional exposure.
