Job Description
* Managing the accurate processing of end-to end payroll transactions.
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
* Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly.
* Working in close collaboration with the Accounting & Finance Department.
* Assisting with payroll reporting and audits as necessary.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll professional should have:
* A solid understanding of payroll procedures and regulations.
* Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Experience in the Not For Profit sector is highly advantageous.
