Deliver a range of planned maintenance and major repairs projects
Manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, taking the lead on procurement and contract administration.
Preparing consultant briefs, managing tender processes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Essentials
It is essential that you hold a recognised qualification in project management and have demonstrable experience working for a social landlord in the delivery of planned maintenance projects.
Were looking for someone with strong project management skills and hands-on experience delivering planned maintenance within the housing industry or construction sector.
Youll pair this with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with ease.
