Part-time Admin assistant
We are looking for someone proactive, organised and reliable with good computer and literacy skills and a keen eye for detail for 12-15 hours a week for an admin role in our growing business. Ideally weekday mornings 10-1 initially with potential to increase.
Driving and access to a car is a must due to our rural location and job requirements.
Tasks will vary by day/ week depending on what's happening, but would include:
* Overseeing cottage changeovers, collecting towels/ bedding and setting up ready for next guests
* Looking after long-term cottage rentals for maintenance and questions
* Liaising with tenants or tradesmen to get jobs completed
* Maintaining an organised to-do list and following up as needed
* Ordering supplies for cottages as required
* Keeping holiday rental calendars up to date
* Helping to update the website with news or up-to-date info as required
* Adhoc errands as needed, such as going to the post office
* Ability to clean the holiday rentals as and when required
