Payroll Administrator - Full Training Provided
Are you highly organised, confident with Microsoft Office, and ready to take your first or next step into a career in payroll? We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our growing accountancy firm. No payroll experience? No problem - full training will be provided!
About the Role:
You'll be joining a supportive and friendly team where you'll be responsible for helping process payrolls for a range of clients - from small businesses to larger companies. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced payroll professionals, with the chance to grow your skills in a thriving accountancy environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
Inputting and maintaining payroll data accurately
Communicating with clients regarding payroll queries
Ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation
Supporting the wider payroll and admin team as needed

Administrators or graduates with excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills, keen to learn and develop within payrollKey skills & attributes:
Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and time management skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional environment
Payroll experience is a bonus, but not essential
