The Opportunity
A leading full-service commercial law firm in the Thames Valley is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE to join its expanding team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level solicitor to develop their career within a highly regarded commercial property practice, working on a broad range of high-quality matters for an impressive client base.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals
* Portfolio management for landlords and occupiers
* Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and supporting documentation
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Experience handling acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
* Strong drafting skills and good technical knowledge
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
* Keen to grow within a supportive and ambitious team
