Key Responsibilities
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time
• Support the Sales Team with customer updates and forecasting insights
• Handle payment queries, disputes, and delivery issues
• Maintain high levels of customer service in a cost‑effective manner
• Prepare and manage export documentation
• Plan delivery routes and arrange transport for UK and international orders
• Liaise with vets, import agents, and logistics partners
• Coordinate with production planning on stock and forecasts
• Work with Technical teams on any quality‑related issues
• Share commercial information effectively across internal departments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers
• Positively represent the business to customers
• Support Customer Service team processes and improvements
• Escalate issues when needed and communicate clearly
• Organise your workload to achieve agreed objectives

• Experience in customer service within FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or wholesale
