Job Title: Company Secretarial Administrator

About this Role:
We are currently seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator based in our Head Office in Salisbury. The role is a varied one in which you will support the team with administration. This role will report into the Company Secretarial and Data Privacy Manager, with evolving responsibilities as the team grows. Your main duties will include (but are not limited to):
Main Duties and Objectives:
* Completing Trust Tax returns
* Liaising with homeowners, directors and external accounts to arrange the production of any statutory trading accounts
* Filling annual confirmation statements
* Filling any Companies House updates as required
* Assisting with any required project work
* Assisting with reporting to the wider business on work production
* Assisting with ad-hoc queries raised
* Other ad-hoc tasks and projects may be required
* Experience and knowledge in the production of accounts
* Great attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Bonus Skills:
* Working with an office/finance department for a minimum of 12 months
* Experience and knowledge in the production of accounts
* Qualified or part-qualified in Accountancy or Company Secretarial qualification (or willingness to work towards accreditation)
* Experience of filing with Companies House, and/or completion of tax returns
