Kick-off Times: Full-time (including matchdays & most weekends)

Reporting Line: Head of Performance Analysis

We are seeking a Performance Analyst who thrives in the fast-paced environment of elite sport. The ideal candidate will remain composed under pressure, demonstrate strong game intelligence, and bring the creativity and technical expertise needed to support our First Team. Applicants should be proactive, analytically driven, and motivated by the challenge of delivering high-quality insights in a demanding performance setting.

Position

🎯 Your Matchday Duties (a.k.a. Key Responsibilities)

1. Deliver detailed, actionable analysis to coaches and senior management ahead of every fixture.
2. Support the coaching staff through video, documentation and other relevant sources.
3. Travel with the team for home and away fixtures - setting up technical matchday workflows and providing real-time analytical insights.
4. Analyse, interpret and report specific insights into patterns and trends from both a team and individual perspective.
